Cerenium Technologies, LLC ("Cerenium," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through cereniumtech.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

Cerenium Technologies, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Kansas. We are a specialized Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) system integrator serving midmarket health systems across the United States.
For purposes of applicable data protection law, Cerenium Technologies, LLC is the data controller of personal information collected through this Site.
2. Data We Collect
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us. The categories of data we may collect are:
2.1 Contact Form Submissions
When you submit the contact form on our Site, we collect:
- First and last name
- Work email address
- Organization / health system name
- Phone number (if provided)
- The content of your message
This information is submitted to us via Formspree, our third-party form processing service (see Section 4).
2.2 Analytics Data (with Consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymized usage data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general geographic region (country/city level). We do not collect or store your IP address. See Section 5 for full details.
2.3 Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment information, health records, or any special categories of personal data. We do not create user accounts or require registration to use the Site.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry. Contact form submissions are used to reply to your message and, where appropriate, to follow up regarding our services.
- To improve the Site. Anonymized analytics data (collected only with your consent) helps us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and user experience.
- To comply with legal obligations. We may retain or disclose data where required by applicable law or legal process.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use a limited number of third-party services that may process personal data on our behalf as data processors. These services are contractually bound to process data only as we direct and to maintain appropriate security measures.

5. Analytics Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our Site. GA4 is loaded only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies via the cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit.
When analytics are active:
- IP anonymization is enabled — your full IP address is never stored.
- We do not use GA4 for advertising or remarketing.
- Ad storage, ad personalization, and ad user data consent signals are always set to denied.
- Data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
If you decline analytics cookies, no analytics script is loaded and no tracking data is collected. You may change your preference at any time using the Manage Cookies link in the Site footer.

6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records purposes, not to exceed 3 years from the date of submission, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing business relationship exists.
Anonymized analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months (see Section 5).
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@cereniumtech.com.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Withdrawal of consent. Where processing is based on consent (e.g., analytics cookies), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Use the Manage Cookies link in the footer.
- Objection / Restriction. You may object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
